Our Network service provider has advised that a planned maintenance will be effective during the following period :

• Start time: May 14th, 03:00 EST.

• End Time: May 14th, 08:00 EST.

• Downtime: During the maintenance window, we expect two outages of approximately 30 minutes each.

During this period, it might affect the communication performances with your telematics device.

An update will be sent after successful completion to inform of service restoration.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
